- The email experience of people who receive the emails may be better as compared to those who receive broken and problematic HTML emails. Why do some people lose interest in reading emails? It is because there may be some blocked images or the video content may be unavailable. These things can make a person not want to receive an email from your company again.
- There are a lot of users who prefer the simple email over the one that comes with a lot of bells and whistles. Of course, there are some people who are completely happy with the media content from HTML emails but if they want something fast with very useful content, the plain text email may be the better choice.
